Game Theory in Film – The Princess Bride

The article explains the scene where Westley confronts the Sicilian and they get into a battle of wits. The dialogue is explained in the link. The scene overall depicts the unrealistic concept of common knowledge. More importantly it shows that if the rules of the game can be changed then the game can be changed to a players advantage.

After looking at your link, which was very interesting, I noticed that the site you linked everyone to also lists moments that show game theory in pop culture.

Take a look around the site, and you'll find examples of game theory that you may have not picked up on before.
