Kellogg researcher’s paper on information cascades Empty Kellogg researcher’s paper on information cascades

Check out this paper out from a (former?) Kellogg faculty Richard McKelvey on Self Correcting Information Cascades at http://tinyurl.com/dj9npj. He re-asserts what we learned in class, that cascades form and collapse, but adds an interesting element that the cascade can re-form depending on how much information it stores. The cascade will continue to form-collapse-reform until all of its stored information is revealed to all members of a community.
This is cool because the subject of information cascades is an active area of research. And if you sign up for a Kellogg study, perhaps you could participating in an experiment to further research on this subject!
