Reform elections from first-past-the-post to Borda?
After one of the homework problems comparing majority rule to the US electoral system, I checked out how some of these voting systems are applied. Turns out there is a London-based organization called the Electoral Reform Society looking for alternative ways of voting to improve the voting system. They have a bunch of political information on their website (http://www.electoral-reform.org.uk/article.php?id=75) about alternative forms of voting, one of which is the Borda Count.
